Following the success of the first PROGETTI inCOMUNE meeting, on Saturday, June 14, 2025, starting at 2:30 PM, the Garfagnana Innovazione center (Gramolazzo, Minucciano – LU) will host the Local Bauhaus Festival: a public event dedicated to the promotion of inner areas through sustainable innovation, creativity, and the enhancement of local communities.

The initiative is part of the European project Bauhaus4MED (B4M), under the Interreg Euro-MED (2021–2027) program, inspired by the core values of the New European Bauhaus (NEB): sustainability, beauty, and inclusion, aiming to imagine new futures for Mediterranean regions. Regione Toscana, as project partner, places particular attention on inner areas, promoting co-designed solutions based on people’s real needs.
The festival will feature talks with international guests, the awarding projects, a traditional folk performance, and a communal aperitivo. It will be a celebratory moment and an opportunity for exchange among institutions, citizens, researchers, and students.

This co-design process began in November 2024.
